VISION and ORIGINALITY:
Obviously this is fan art so artistic vision and originality aren't really of concern here.
TECHNIQUE: I have a bit to say here. First of all, I commend your effort! Your anatomy is actually quite spot on as are your proportions. The folds in the sleeves are also done very well. Take a look at his right hand first.
Compare his fingers to those of his left hand. It seems to me that the fingers are fairly skinny. This guy is quite skinny but I think his neck is a little too skinny. It's only about as big around as his wrist! I see you have purposefully defined all his abs. But your shading running along the outside of his abs looks like two long ropy muscles. It's a little unnatural.
Excellent collarbones.
It is my opinion that his right eye is unnerving because of the lower lashes. I would personally ditch the lashes and add more contrast to the eye itself.
Now I know this is picky but he jeans are very one-toned. Jeans are fun because they have lots of folds. Here you're missing quite a few. Even if he's wearing slacks they will have slight downwards stress folds because of the knee.
I would also suggest that you fill up the black sidebar with the title, if you are going to put it in like that. Clean it up; write straight. It will improve he look of the whole image.
IMPACT: well I suppose (nearly) shirtless guys always have their own special sort of impact. Nevertheless you have pretty good anatomy; just a few things to fix up.
